Today I am thankful for the gym. I recently have started working out regularly. (And by recently, I mean Monday of last week, and by regularly I mean every two-three days. So, I'm really just getting started.)
But I can tell you that I already feel better about myself. It feels good to just go and not think about school or work. I can just kind of zone out and work my body.
