I would want to go to Bora Bora Island. Ever since I first learned about it in my 9th grade world geography class (with the awesome Mr. Arthur Saunders--still one of my favorite teachers), I have longed to go there.
Just check it out:
*sigh* It just makes me so happy to look at these photos. (It obviously fits the requirement for my favorite color palette--blue/green/turquoise/etc.)
Too bad Tyler doesn't care for beaches. (But maybe after he retires in 40+ years we can go. I'll start saving my trip money now.)

So, I fell in love with the idea of going there when I was young and first saw the musical "South Pacific."
I would be more than happy to accompany you on a trip (since Tyler doesn't like beaches). If we do go, could we make it sooner than 40? I'd be 85.... :)
It is gorgeous! And those photos are even more alluring during the winter months.
