I found out at work today when I checked a personal email while on a conference call. So, even though I wanted to shout for joy, I just grabbed my phone and texted my husband in order to share the excitement.
Also-- we are treating ourselves to a much needed vacation... Off to California in the morning.
All I have to say is that for those of you out there working forty+ hours a week. . . I take my hat off to you. It is so strange to come home, and know that in just a few short hours, I have to get to bed, or I'll be a zombie in the morning. (Anyone who has lived with me can verify this.)
So, wish us a safe trip!
