I'm pretty sure that I've said this before, but....

I simply can not do homework on Saturdays. I've even tried getting up and doing homework first. My brain simply rebels. It will not focus or create prose of any sort.

So instead of homework this past Saturday, I went for some fun... check it out! (I'll show a picture of the finished product once I've taken one...)
(Yes, I did do more than just take off tape.)

It was SO fun. We didn't know entirely what we were doing... But we have an AWESOME living room now.

We also failed to tell our roommate, Maria, that we were going to paint the room... I think she might not have been totally happy that we didn't include her, but in all fairness... she is always with her fiance. Who does that? ;)

Okay, okay... and it was kind of spur of the moment. Michelle, Mollie, and Karalee just went to get the supplies Saturday morning. They found the design online and really liked it. I just popped into the living room as they were getting started and begged them to rescue me from my homework so that I could help paint and tape.

And look at how awesome our room looks!
