Nightmares... again

I'm really tired of having nightmares. I've had so many this year. Much more than I've had in a while.

Here's the most recent:

So it's night time, and I have to go somewhere. I'm walking along the street, looking around warily. As I'm watching, I notice a dog approaching. The dog hasn't noticed me yet, so I know that I still have time.
This dog is not one of a kind. He is a wild dog, and in my dream I'm really scared of it finding me, because I know that it is hungry. I'm also afraid of more dogs approaching, too.
So I go up the steps to a nearby house and try to figure out how I can get in without making too much noise. That dog is getting closer and closer.
But I can't just barge in, so I knock. And sure enough, I'm too quiet for whoever is inside to hear me. But now the dog is just one house away. So I knock a little louder, and the dog hears me.
I don't remember how I got in, but as soon as I did, I started scrambling to get higher and higher. I get up some stairs, and I'm pretty high. High enough that I don't have to worry about the dog, I just have to wait it out.
Then some people come home. It's Tyler and his family. I want to warn them about the dog, but I'm afraid of getting caught, so I just watch. Suddenly, the house is bombarded by more of these wild dogs. The Heasley/Shelley family start fighting with the dogs until someone grabs something in the house, and the ceiling, which is on a pulley system, starts to come down. Everyone is going to get squished! And they are still fighting the dogs! All I know is that I've got to get out of there, but dogs are everywhere, and I am terrified.

Then my alarm rang.

I have no idea if I got out, but I woke up really tired.

I fell back to sleep for about another hour. I dreamt this time that Michelle, someone (maybe Marilyn), and I, are going to meet some people for breakfast. We go to the restaurant, and can't find them. I start to tell Michelle that I don't believe her, that no one is coming to meet us. Just then, I notice some friends from my freshman ward. We go join them, until I get up to go to the bathroom and get some Applebeer. When I come back, we are suddenly in this construction zone, and my friend's mom is getting bothered by a construction worker. The worker is manipulating his tractor thing to bother my friend's mom. The dream ended with my friend's dad wanting to beat up the worker. (It ended because I woke up.)

Anyway, weird stuff, huh?

I really would just like a really good night's rest sometime, instead of all this waking up during the night, or bad dreams.

Anyone know where I can find the Sandman??
