This is the name for the pancake-cakes?? Or something else? Pictures and recipes would be nice. I have to admit it's a clever name. Do you think you might make me some when I come visit you?? My tummy is grumbling just thinking about it.
We ahd Patty-cakes for dinner last night, GREEN (for St, Patty's Day) Ricotta pancakes and ooo, they were sooo good!
