I chopped off my hair! (Well, okay. I didn't. That would have been a disaster. The amazing Jenny Pauline-Mendoza was the master behind my haircut.)
And I'll be honest, sometimes I love it, and sometimes I look at it and think, "I must have been crazy, what was I thinking?!" (But that's usually when my too-large round brush and clumsy blowdrying technique are getting in the way of making my hair look the way I'd like it to.)
Except that I love how much more quickly I am cooling down with less hair.
And I am having to learn how to style it--it's not as easy (for me) as I was anticipating.
But check it:
(Thank you to Erin for the photograph. I hope you don't mind my putting it up on the blog.)
I really like how it looks and feels when I pin it up a little more, or add a little headband action.
And I really like that Tyler genuinely likes it. I know it's silly, but it makes me feel good that he likes my hair-dos.
But anyway, will I keep this hairstyle forever? Probably not. But it's fun to know that I can change things up once in a while and still look cute.

I've decided you are one of those rare women who can wear your hair lots of different ways and still look beautiful. I like your hair cut, but I loved it longer, too.
way cute! i would never be so brave to cut it so short! ;)
Cute. It was so nice seeing you in Clovis.
It is cute. But so short!!! And dark. Maybe it's the lighting but your hair almost looks brown. I too dream of chopping off my hair but it's way too curly. I'd look like a poodle!!
Also.... I think I miss my brown hair...
