The Grocery List

I know that most of you know my husband pretty well. But for those of you who don't know him so well, I should explain that he likes to be organized and prepared.

I, on the other hand, like to be messy and wing it.

However, when we were first married, I felt like it would be a good idea to get a little magnetic dry erase board to put on our fridge to keep track of needed grocery items.

I can never remember what things I need at the store.

But this list has made grocery-ing SO much easier.

And sometimes, this grocery list makes my day.

Like today, when I went to check the list, I noticed a couple things that really made me smile.

Among the regular items (salsa, stagg chili, chapstick, etc.) were a few gems (courtesy of my Tyler) that I have to share:

lettucha (a combination of lettuce and lechuga)

moocow ice cream (referring to skinny cow ice cream sandwiches we love)

applesawce (applesauce)

those cinnamon rolls (referring to some cinnamon rolls Tyler found--I don't know what they are called though)

Anyway, the grocery list sure made me laugh (as it often does). I hope you guys like it, too!
