Today was a special day. Yes, of course, Sunday is always special. . . but today was a little extra special.
TODAY, was my Aunt Mar's birthday!!
Aunt Mar, you are amazing! I am sure that your phone was busy all day long, as people called to wish you well. Everyone who knows you, loves you. You really bring a special light to those around you-- you make people want to be better.

(People flock to you!)
I know, because I'm one of those people.
In seminary one year, our teacher asked us to think of someone who reminds us of the Savior, and what it was about that person that reminded us of the Savior.
I thought of you. I thought of how you love people, and how those who know you truly want to know Him.
Thank you for all that you have done for me (and for so many others). I love you!
And I hope that your day was filled with happiness, and that you got to spend some good time with your family.
Here's wishing you the best for this upcoming year!!

Dear Karen,
As I read this, tears welled up in my eyes. What beautiful things you said to me. Thank you. I feel totally undeserving of such kinds words though.
You are such a sweet and beautiful girl, you see the best in those around you. That is a wonderful gift.
AS for my birthday, it was unbelievably fabulous! I loved EVERY minute of it! I mostly loved hearing from those I love, that's what makes my birthday especially wonderful for me.
Thank you to you and Tyler for your birthday wishes.
I love you. With all my heart!
Aunt Mar~
Happy Birthday to Aunt Mar!! I whole-heartedly agree with what you said. Aunt Mar is the best example of charity and Christ-like love. I hope that I am honoring her name in trying to follow her example. PS: I think you stole that picture from the birthday blog I posted for Aunt Mar last year... But that's ok, since I stole it from her in the first place... ;)
Nope. Stole it from her blog--the entry Uncle Jonathan put up. But it's one of my very favorite pictures of her. Plus, it fit in with what I was saying.
:)
It cracks me up that the two of you like that photo of the ducks so much! Did you know that it was taken when I was in Provo? Yep. Back in the single days. When I was feeling rowdy I would go hang out with my foul friends, ha, ha!
Karen,
Did you see the comment your mom-in-law left for me? It was so nice!
